If you would like to exchange a non personalized item, please contact us Contact@nicolerosejewelry.com within 7 business days of receiving your order for store credit. Exchange has to be submitted within 5 days of receiving label. All items must be returned in new and unworn condition. Once the product has been reviewed a store credit will be initiated. We do not offer original shipping fees as store credit. In stock items will be held until we receive your return. If your exchange has a lead time of 4-10weeks, production will start once the piece has been received and reviewed. If the customers order has been sent back not using NRJ shipping services, we are not responsible for lost packages.
If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email us within 3 business days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
